Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless skinless
- 4 slices lower sodium bacon (or turkey bacon)
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours until chicken shreds easily with a fork.
- Shred and mix before serving.
