Information We Collect
LEVEL+ may collect:
- Personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and account details.
- Payment information processed by third-party providers. (LEVEL+ does not store full payment details.)
- Health and fitness information you voluntarily provide, including weight, measurements, progress photos, workout history, nutrition data, habit data, check-ins and activity information, including step counts and fitness metrics when connected through Apple Health, Google Fit, Health Connect or similar services.
- Messages, feedback, support requests and other content you voluntarily submit through the app.
- Device, usage, diagnostics and technical information to operate, maintain and improve the performance and security of the app.
How Information Is Used
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account,
- Deliver personalized coaching, training programs, nutrition guidance and habit recommendations,
- Track progress, monitor activity and provide coaching feedback based on the information you provide,
- Communicate with you regarding your account, coaching services, updates, support requests and important app notifications.
Data Sharing
LEVEL+ does not sell or trade your personal information or health data.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With trusted third party service providers that help operate, maintain and improve the app, including hosting providers, analytics services, payment processors, customer support tools and cloud storage providers,
- With Apple Health, Google Fit, Health Connect or other connected services when authorized by you and necessary to provide requested functionality,
- With legal authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies or other parties when required by law.
Data Security
LEVEL+ takes reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmissions or storage is completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to their account.
Data Retention
LEVEL+ retains personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and support legitimate business operations.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and your personal data at any time.
You can do this by:
- Using the "Delete Account" option within the app, or
- Contacting us at support@levelplusapp.com
Once your request is received, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
By creating an account or using the LEVEL+ app, you agree to comply with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA").
The EULA explains the terms under which you are permitted to access and use the app, including your responsibilities, acceptable use, subscription terms, intellectual property rights, account restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability and termination rights.
LEVEL+ uses Apple's standard EULA for apps distributed through the Apple App Store. You can review the EULA here:

If LEVEL+ provides any additional terms and conditions, those terms will apply together with the EULA and this Privacy Policy.
You must accept the EULA before using the app. If you do not agree with the EULA, you should not create an account or continue using the LEVEL+ app.
