Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- Pinch of Stevia (optional)
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds and water in a small bowl.
- Stir well and let sit for 2-3 mins, then stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mins, or overnight for thicker texture.
- Stir in cocoa powder, peanut butter and sweetener.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Add toppings if desired. (Remember toppings will change macros.)
