Ground Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 3 medium scallions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Cooked rice or cauliflower rice (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Ad ground beef and onion. Cook until beef is fully cooked, for about 5 mins.
- Pour in the sauce and stir to combine. Cook for 1 min.
- Add broccoli and cook for another 1 min until heated through.
- Serve over rice or cauliflower rice if desired, and top with sesame seeds and scallions.
