Ingredients
- 10 oz chicken breast, boneless skinless, sliced
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers, onions)
- 1-2 cloved garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp light Italian dressing
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and vegetables. Cook until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Add dressing, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Cook for 1-2 more mins and serve.
